At Trackman we are growing, as we are constantly striving to further develop our market leading sport tracking solutions. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated, Customer Success Manager for our Golf Driving Range Product.
【業務内容】
Are you our new Customer Success Manager, TrackMan Range? You will work closely with the head of sales in Japan, local range sales representatives, the global marketing team, the Product Owner and customers. Your main responsibilities will be to:
(1) Drive planning and execution of launch events at Customer locations
(2) Ensure on-going activation by helping customers with (i) events / tournaments, and (ii) making sure range staff is educated on latest features of the Range App and the Business Growth Platform (our backend management tools)
(3) Organize 2 annual events for TrackMan Range Owners, with the intent to share success stories and create a strong network between owners
(4) Regular reviews of Driving Ranges using analytical data to ensure increased performances as well as customer satisfaction and NPS Score.
What will you be doing?
・Overarching purpose is to ensure that all existing TrackMan Range owners are successful in how they use and leverage the TrackMan Range Solution
・Activities should include but not be limited to:
∟Schedule meetings to share updates and train the staff – remotely or at customer location. Sales will also do product training
∟ On-going email/phone communication to Range customers with SW updates and other key information
∟ Train customers in use of the SW on phones/screens and use of Business Growth Platform (our backend)
・ Very important that customers know how to use Dashboard, Sponsorships, Tournaments, Safety Borders etc.
∟Support customers with material / agenda etc. to host successful events on the range
・ Leverage the games and courses
・ Help set-up single day events or multi-round Tournaments
・All customers should have a few active Tournaments at any time -> drives engagement!
∟ Help customers with types of Marketing Material at the time of launch and on an on-going basis.
・For launch: Range Sales Manager will include Customer Success Manager, when a contract is closed, and the marketing plan has to be made
∟ Be part of the extended “Support team”, who carries a “hot phone” during evenings and weekends
∟Arrange 1-2 events per year, where Range owners can meet and network – desired outcomes:
・ We create a strong network among TMR customers
・The owners decide to make competitions and Tournaments together – as a way to offer excitement and good prices
