【ポジションについて】 Do you have a passion for managing customer success and satisfaction? And do you thrive by working closely with customers – both remotely and on site at their facilities? Then, we can offer you an exciting opportunity in this newly created position. At Trackman we are growing, as we are constantly striving to further develop our market leading sport tracking solutions. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated, Customer Success Manager for our Golf Driving Range Product. 【業務内容】 Are you our new Customer Success Manager, TrackMan Range? You will work closely with the head of sales in Japan, local range sales representatives, the global marketing team, the Product Owner and customers. Your main responsibilities will be to: (1) Drive planning and execution of launch events at Customer locations (2) Ensure on-going activation by helping customers with (i) events / tournaments, and (ii) making sure range staff is educated on latest features of the Range App and the Business Growth Platform (our backend management tools) (3) Organize 2 annual events for TrackMan Range Owners, with the intent to share success stories and create a strong network between owners (4) Regular reviews of Driving Ranges using analytical data to ensure increased performances as well as customer satisfaction and NPS Score. What will you be doing?
