【ポジションについて】

Do you want to take ownership of finance and controlling in a fast-growing sports technology company? We are looking for a Finance Manager to join Trackman Japan and play a key role in driving financial performance, efficiency, and transparency.

【業務内容】

 •    Lead monthly closings and reporting.
•    Manage salary, commission, and bonus payments.
•    Handle payments, income, and outgoing transactions.
•    Support HR-related financial processes
•    Drive controlling and cost optimization initiatives.
 

【具板的に】
•    Work closely with the Finance and Business Operations Manager for accounting processes
•    Professionalize company performance analysis to ensure clear P&L overview, actionable insights, and fact-based decision making.
•    Develop and manage revenue and cost budgets, including budget landing analysis
•    Oversee and control third-party installation costs
•    Optimize and control expenses such as travel & entertainment, overtime, and company meeting costs.
