【RESPONSIBILITIES】

We are thrilled to be looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to lead day-to-day account management for some of our key clients. If you are interested in joining a dynamic team, have a passion for international sporting events, have excellent organizational skills, and are a team player, then this could be the role for you!

・ Lead day-to-day account management of one of our key accounts

・Lead planning, development, and implementation of sponsorship related initiatives across golf,
marathons, baseball, and rugby

・Hospitality and event management for both VIP C-suite guests and consumers including planning,approvals, logistics, creative production, procurement and delivery

・ Financial management of invoices, vendor payments, budget tracking documents, and reporting and reconciliation on overall project finances

・Coordination with other global Octagon account teams to ensure efficiencies and standard　methodologies across regions
