【About the Role】
We’re on the hunt for a Fixed Term (November 2025 – April 2026 inclusive) Event
Manager to support on a week-long trophy tour, with a specific focus on event logistics
and planning.
The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and dynamic, possessing a culture-driven
mindset and the ability to work across multiple workstreams simultaneously. They are
expected to bring their unique skill set and solution focused thinking to the role, always
eager to learn and committed to going the extra mile to achieve results.
This is a hands-on delivery role, working with our General Manager, Japan to problem
solve and turn creative ideas into a reality. Your role will involve working on an integrated
project across sport, culture and entertainment, supporting with event logistics on-site
and in the lead up to the tour.
【What you’ll do】
• Support all aspects of client and project management, including status calls,
agendas, status tracker and contact reports
• Set up and manage critical paths, budget trackers and operation manuals
• Assist in the development of briefing presentations for clients and suppliers
• Brief our creative team on design concepts to support client work
• Create and foster relationships with internal and external partners as well as
outside vendors, production houses and talent managers
• Manage Event Safety Management Plans, Risk Assessments and supplier
information required for legal documentation
• Brief and manage event team including building run sheets
• Work into project timelines, budgets, briefs and project statuses across multiple
workstreams
• Ability to travel domestically for pre-tour site visits and during the tour period
• Onboard and facilitate the payment of suppliers
• Lead on comprehensive post-event wrap reports detailing deliverables, learnings
and recommendations for future events

| 必須条件 |
• Has 4-5+ years’ work experience in events (ideally including sports)
• Advanced language skills in both Japanese and English (ideally bi-lingual)

• Thrives working with suppliers across multiple workstreams working to tight
deadlines
• Is proficient in creating and presenting decks in PowerPoint & strong Microsoft
skill set
• Is passionate about sport and entertainment, ideally with strong knowledge of
sports, particularly Japanese football
• Has worked with VIP clients on travel and accommodation requirements
• Has experience in managing and maintaining budgets
• Has experience in event set-up and managing multiple stakeholders on-site
• Has exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to
manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• A strong eye for & attention to detail
