We are looking for exceptional new colleagues, to join at Senior Business Analyst to Consultant level in our Tokyo office. •    Delivering complex analysis 
•    Developing client documents and presentations 
•    Conducting interviews, delivering presentations and facilitating workshops 
•    Building productive day-to-day relationships with client team members  
•    Coaching and managing Business Analysts
•    Supporting Portas business development and internal firm-building activities
•    Localizing global context to Japan context to optimize the learning and impact
