We are looking for exceptional new colleagues, to join at Senior Business Analyst to Consultant level in our Tokyo office. As a Consultant at Portas, you will have the opportunity to work with senior clients in a way that may not be possible at a larger firm. 【Responsibilities include but are not limited to】
•    Delivering complex analysis 
•    Developing client documents and presentations 
•    Conducting interviews, delivering presentations and facilitating workshops 
•    Building productive day-to-day relationships with client team members  
•    Coaching and managing Business Analysts
•    Supporting Portas business development and internal firm-building activities
•    Localizing global context to Japan context to optimize the learning and impact

•    Minimum of 2 years’ experience at a blue-chip management consulting firm
•    Excellent academic record
•    Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
•    Japanese native level, English business to native level fluency

•    Understanding of the Japanese sports system

•   Highly numerate, with strong quantitative and conceptual problem-solving ability

•   Demonstrated a clear passion for sports and physical activity

•    Self-directed, proactive and entrepreneurial 

•    Willing and able to work globally
