【The role】

As Finance and Shipping Administrator your duties and responsibilities are twofold: You provide administrative support as a liaison of our finance department at our international headquarters in the Netherlands and you provide technical and logistic support where it concerns preparing and shipping material to our customers in your region. Where the other staff members are mainly on the road, you are the spider in the web that ensures our Tokyo operation runs smoothly. Including answering incoming phone calls and all-round administrative duties.

【The role in detail】

・Accounts receivable; processing orders/invoices and follow up on outstanding invoices
・Accounts payable; collect purchase invoices, enter, archive, and arrange payment
・Send sales orders to customers through UPS and Sagawa
・Accurate stock management i.e., frequent stock counts
・Alignment with sales colleagues to see what orders are coming up
・Communication with Ernst & Young advisors on tax and payroll payments
・Regular communication with head office in the Netherlands
・sales support
・Customer support (BtoC products)
