仕事内容	【Company】 Red Lantern is a turn-key company for organisations, brands and individuals wanting to engage with audiences in priority international markets. Our services include: localised content creation, design, events, and digital product development. 【JOB DETAIL】・Content production from planning to delivery for the Japanese social media of our multiple golf clients ・Content localisation: subtitling videos, etc. ・Market research ・Coordination with London headquarters, Japan-based employees, and freelance golf staff ・On-site support at domestic and/or international tournaments when needed 【 JOB PURPOSE】 This is a social media management role at Red Lantern, a sports marketing company headquartered in London, UK.We are seeking someone to manage social media accounts for clients related to golf.You'll work alongside our existing golf-focused employee and lead a team of freelancers and other golf specialists. 【REPORT TO】・日本オフィス(Country Manager) ・ロンドンオフィス(Director and Managing Director)
必須条件	・Knowledge of golf ・Native-level Japanese and business-level English ・Deep understanding of current social trends and landscape in Japan ・Excellent people, client and communication skills ・Ability to work night shifts (7 tournaments per year)

勤務地	Fully remote/working from home.However, we would like this person to be based in Tokyo due to the regular filming in Tokyo.
就業時間	10:00〜19:00 ※8 working hours, plus 1-hour lunch break: Can be adjusted upon request. ※If there is any out-of-hours work due to coordination with the London headquarters, working hours can be adjusted the following day. ※Night shifts are required for seven tournaments per year; shift hours will be adjusted within the team
休日・休暇	・Two days off per week (weekend work may be required depending on the schedule; the team will adjust shift days) ・If weekend work is required due to sporting events or client demand, time off will be given on a weekday ・Annual leave (20 days per year), summer holidays (5 days), year-end and New Year holidays, maternity and paternity leave available

給与・福利厚生

給与	年俸480万円〜530万円年収480万円〜530万円 ※【TRIAL PERIOD】 Three months: Could be skipped depending on the candidate’s skills/experiences Monthly wages during the probation are to be discussed. ※雇用期間の定め：なし
