Frank Leenders (born in The Netherlands, 1968) has more than 25 years of experience in international sports marketing at the highest level.
He started his professional career with ISL Marketing during the FIFA World Cup 1990 and subsequently joined start-up company TEAM Marketing in 1992, where he was part of the launch and development of the UEFA Champions League - an international benchmark project - since its very first season (1992-93).
He moved to Rome to join pay Television Sky Italia in 2001, where he was Director of Sports Rights Acquisitions, responsible for the acquisition of all sports related Television rights.
In 2002 he returned to TEAM, where he became Managing Director and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2005. Following his departure at the end of 2010, he co-founded the independent sports marketing firm Value-Experience.
In 2012, he supported the design and development of a dedicated media and marketing unit for FIBA, the international Basketball Federation in Geneva, Switzerland and is the Director General of this entity: FIBA Media and Marketing Services SA.
As a non-executive board member, Frank also supports and invests in several companies (start-up and scale-up), which operate at the intersection of sports, media and marketing.
Frank holds a degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen (CH). He also earned an MBA degree from Bocconi University in Milano (I), where he now lectures and was elected Topic Leader Sport of the Alumni Association.

A qualified business economist, Patrick Stüber joined DFL Group in 2007 as a DFL Management Trainee. He developed into different roles in international audio-visual media rights thereafter and gained experience in sports media rights, international marketing and digital media. At the beginning of 2019 Patrick was appointed Chief Representative/Head of China for Bundesliga International to lead the organisation’s new office in Beijing. Prior to his career in the sports industry he worked for the Daimler Group, focusing on the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Sara Toussaint oversees Wells Fargo's soccer portfolio including Major League Soccer and the Mexican National Team. Her sports business background also includes: Business Development for the Boston Blazers (a startup lacrosse team), Hispanic Partnerships for Major League Soccer, and Labor Relations for Major League Baseball. Sports Business Journal named Sara to the 2018 class of Game Changers: Women in Sports Business.
Before joining Wells Fargo, Sara worked at Allied Minds directing the company's marketing efforts and scouting investment opportunities. She also served as an Associate Director of Alumni Relations for the University of Chicago covering the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions. She started her career at the law firm of Covington & Burling in Washington, DC first as a legal assistant and later in public relations & marketing.
Sara earned her BA in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. Sara currently serves on the boards of the University of Chicago and Play Like a Girl!; as an advisor to the Harn Museum of Art; and volunteers as a Guardian ad litem for the State of Florida and for the Defeat DIPG Foundation.
Bart Wiley

Promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2014 from his previous role as Vice President of Business Operations, Bart Wiley oversees all business operations for Sounders FC, including sales, marketing, corporate partnerships, communications, broadcast and digital-related content, international marketing and community outreach.
Under his guidance, Seattle has garnered unprecedented business-related success for a North American soccer club, including the top eight single- season attendance totals in MLS history, culminating in an active sellout streak of146 consecutive matches heading into the 2017 season. Sounders FC’s 2016 average attendance per-match was good for second in the Americas last season, with the club holding firm amongst the top 30 clubs in global football attendance for the past two seasons. Wiley previously spent four seasons as Director of Business Development for Sounders FC, receiving the MLS Operations Director of the Year Award for his efforts during the club’s inaugural MLS campaign in 2009. Wiley served six seasons as General Manager of the USL Sounders, where he was responsible for the day-to- day business operations of the club.
Previously, he worked as Director of Communications for 711, Net Inc., Director of Publicity for NASCAR Busch Grand National Division driver Bobby Hillin and as publicist for former Major League Baseball player Brett Butler. Wiley has spoken at conferences all over the world including the Sport is Fantastic conference in Australia, CRM and Fan Engagement in England and Sports Marketing and Selling Tickets in Japan. Wiley has represented Sounders FC across the globe at numerous conferences and special events, including events in the United Kingdom, Japan and Australia.
