Kairon Serrette is a bi-lingual, sport industry professional with over a decade of experience in sport administration and athlete management.
Over the past seven years, Kairon has held the portfolio of Senior Manager, Business Development at the Sports Company of Trinidad & Tobago (SPORTT) . In his capacity as Senior Manager, he has led several key projects, including capacity building initiatives in partnership with Sport England around NGB Business Planning, PR and Communications; a professional women’s league for football, coordination of government stakeholders for the execution of the CPL matches in Trinidad & Tobago since 2017 and the establishment of several partnerships between SporTT, local and regional stakeholders. In 2021, Kairon was promoted to Head, Partnerships and Alliances at SPORTT to drive the initiation, management and measurement of the strategic engagements for the organization
Outside of his work at SporTT, Kairon has been consistently involved in Trinidad & Tobago’s Olympic Movement. He has managed two-time Olympic Sailor, Andrew Lewis since 2010, playing an integral role in the sailor’s qualification and accompanying him to the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Summer Olympics. In addition to this, he has represented Trinidad and Tobago as a team manager and has attended several major international games including the Central American and Caribbean Games (CAC), Men’s North Central America and Caribbean Federation (NORCECA) Volleyball championship and Caribbean Zonal Volleyball Association (CAZOVA) Caribbean Championships with the national men’s volleyball team and the Pan American Games with the national sailing team .
Timm Jäger is CEO of EintrachtTech and Advisor to the Executive Board at Eintracht Frankfurt (German Bundesliga) and responsible for all strategic digital projects and the business strategy of the club. EintrachtTech is a 100% subsidiary of Eintracht Frankfurt which incorporates all digital business areas such as digital platform/app, digital hub ‘Arena of IoT’, eSports and all startup cooperations of the club. Before joining Eintracht Frankfurt, Timm worked as a Management Consultant for the Boston Consulting Group and for BMW in their headquarters in Munich.

Focused on supporting sports properties in strategy, marketing and commercial areas, advising companies on how to target the sports market and brands on how to achieve their business objectives in sports sponsorship and sports business related activities.Pasi is a non-executive board member of HJK, most successful Finnish football club and recent Finnish League and Cup champion of 2020.

Neel Shah has 18 years of experience in the development and commercialization of football in North America, Asia and Europe. In his current position with India On Track, Shah is responsible for running the Global Institute of Sports Business sports management program as well as securing new business for the group.
Prior to joining India On Track, Shah was the Chief Executive Officer of DSK Shivajians FC and the Liverpool FC International Academy - DSK. Within this role, Neel oversaw all business operations for the Pune based professional football club. Before stepping into professional club management, Shah served as the Business Director for Libero Sports. At Libero, he was responsible for guiding and advising Indian football stakeholders with their investments and facilitating strategic partnerships to further the industry. In addition, he created commercially viable avenues for international football entities to enter the Indian market and has successfully helped football giants Manchester United, FC Barcelona, Liverpool FC and FC Bayern Munich build their brands in India.
Prior to moving to India, Neel spent 7 years with New York based Major League Soccer serving as the league’s Director of Fan Development. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing the league’s national grassroots programming, working with MLS clubs to build their local market relevance and liaising with club supporter groups.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Sports Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He then received his MBA in Sports Management from Seton Hall University located in South Orange, New Jersey.

Lisa Delpy Neirotti has been a professor of sport, event, and tourism management at the George Washington University for 30 years. In this time Dr. Delpy Neirotti has established a strong academic program at both the undergraduate and graduate level and serves as the Director of the BBA, MBA, and M.S. in Sport Management. Dr. Neirotti also oversees the Sport Philanthropy Certificate that serves to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of non-profit organizations using sport for social good; the Youth Sport Administrator Certificate; and the GW Green Sports Scorecard to help increase the sustainability of sport facilities, organizations, and events. In addition, she serves on the faculty of the International Olympic Committee’s Executive Masters in Management of Sports Organizations (MEMOS).
Beyond her responsibilities at the university, Dr. Delpy Neirotti works with a number of sport governing bodies, youth sport organizations, sport event organizations, tourism bureaus, corporate sponsors, NGOs, and entrepreneurs to conduct economic and market research studies as well as strategic plans and marketing campaigns. As a pioneer in the field of sports tourism, Dr. Delpy Neirotti founded the annual TEAMS: Travel, Events, and Management in Sports conference in 1997 which continues to define, develop and expand the growing field of Sports Tourism.
Dr. Delpy Neirotti co-authored The Ultimate Guide to Sport Marketing and serves on the editorial board of SportsTravel magazine. She also is a member of the Executive Board of the DC Chapter of Women In Sports and Events (WISE).
Prior to arriving at The George Washington University, Dr. Delpy Neirotti traveled to 56 countries around the world studying the development and organization of the Olympic Movement. Since 1984, she has attended 20 consecutive Olympic Games, 2 Youth Olympic Games, 5 World Cups, and hundreds of other major sport events as a consultant, volunteer or researcher. In 2004, she served on the World Cup host committee in Washington, DC. In 1986, she directed the federally-funded National Children and Youth National Fitness Study II.
Born and raised in California, Dr. Delpy Neirotti received her undergraduate degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo; a MS in Sport Management from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA; and a Ph.D. in Sport Administration from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. Her doctoral dissertation was on the organizational structure and effectiveness of the U.S. National Sport Governing Bodies.

Thibault Chevillard is a Creative Director / Brand and Visual Identity specialist with nearly two decades of experience in integrated marketing campaigns and a background in strategic communications. Currently, he leads and grows a versatile team of designers and artists to expand, refine and amplify one of the most innovative soccer brands in the world. In addition to numerous multi-language campaigns, he has spearheaded the creative process of more than two dozen visual identities for clubs.

His research predominantly focuses on consumer responses and managerial approaches to sport sponsorship and branding strategies. Peter’s research has been published in a number of leading outlets, including the Journal of Advertising, European Sport Management Quarterly, and Journal of Business Research. He has also worked with a number of leading sport organizations in the UK, including England Netball and Loughborough Sport.

Dev is an internationally experienced sports lawyer and academic, with previous experience as a football intermediary. He has been instructed on contentious matters before FIFA and TAS / CAS including disputes over training compensation, through to complaints against federations. He has advised elite players and coaches, as well as having been the chief advisor to a UEFA participating football club, advising on all matters in relation to the management of the club including transfer strategy and technical direction. Dev is also an active member of Association Internationale des Avocats du Football (AIAF).
Dev's experience extends to consultations surrounding allegations of match-fixing, anti-doping matters and e-Sports. In addition, having represented both players and clubs as a registered intermediary in the past, he has been instructed to conclude transactions as far afield as in the Chinese Super League and the Indian Super League, as well as in England and Italy amongst others.
Furthermore, Dev is a published writer on sports law, and is the current academic director of the Global Executive Masters in International Sports Law at the world-renowned Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) in Madrid. He is also a senior lecturer on the Masters in Sports Law in Madrid as well as the Masters in Sports Law and Management, based in Barcelona. Dev has appeared as a guest lecturer at dozens of institutions across the UK and Europe, and is regularly invited to speak at conferences, having also appeared in Africa, Asia and South America. Dev is also a professional mentor and nationally recognised for his development of individuals within professions, both within and outside of the legal industry.
